We use Github as a repository for the CCP SyneRBI software, see https://github.com/SyneRBI/ and our software framework page for more info.

You can install our SIRF software in a few different ways, via

pre built CCPSyneRBI Virtual Machine, download below. This is suggested to familiarize yourselves with the software. Check our VM documentation for further info
Docker, or
by building the software yourself.

CCPSyneRBI Virtual Machine

Older versions of the VM can be found with DOI (digital object identifier) 10.5281/zenodo.3552234. Please be aware that the file size is about 5 Gb.

The Virtual Machine has been created with VirtualBox 7.0.6 and with the VirtualBox Guest Additions (VGA) pre-installed.

Known issues:If you have a different version of VirtualBox than 7.0.6 you might experience issues, especially running the X server. We therefore strongly recommend to sync your VGA version

Pre-built SIRF with Python3 bindings are provided by our Docker Container.

The two Siemens raw files that are needed for certain demos are currently available

We have our own PET-MR community and SyneRBI community on Zenodo, where you can find example data sets, the VM etc.
