We are delighted to announce the release of our Synergistic Image Reconstruction Framework (SIRF) Version 2.0.0.
The main change of the 2.0.0 release is the addition in SIRF of image registration and resampling via NiftyReg. We are particularly excited by this addition as it will enable synergistic reconstruction between images with different dimensions, such as those of PET and MR.
For this a new ImageData hierarchy common to PET and MR data has been developed. Additionally, ImageData now contains geometrical information.
